Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing date.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export or reactivate. You can export all your tickets, contacts, and knowledge base articles at any time from the Settings page.
